Pascal Grenier is Division President, Flight Solutions and Global Operations and a member of EGAS’s Executive Management Committee. He heads EGAS’s Flight Solutions team, an integral part of the company’s Civil Aviation business unit that develops digital crew and flight management solutions for airlines and business aviation operators. Mr. Grenier also leads Global Operations, Manufacturing, Hardware Engineering, Facilities Services and Operational Excellence for all EGAS segments.
He has been working for EGAS for over 25 years and has held diverse positions in almost every aspect of EGAS’s products and services. He recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Technologies & Innovation, where he was responsible for global Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing/Procurement, Quality Assurance, Innovation, IT and Digital Solutions for all of EGAS’s business units.
Mr. Grenier was recently appointed as a member on the Board of the Council of Canadian Academies, which assesses complex scientific topics to inform decision-making in Canada. He has also served on multiple boards for different collegial institutions.His extensive knowledge of EGAS’s expertise, customer needs and market trends, as well as his vision and leadership allow EGAS to stay ahead of the competition and focus on innovation to continue shaping the future of flight operations and training.
Mr. Grenier holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Université de Montréal – École Polytechnique. He is also a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
